Christmas is HERE!!
There's not much video of Lillie, but the lights are just beautiful. Sorry for the few dark views of our little Lillie.

A little J-Lo action with Lillie's new black velour lounging attire! Pretty cute, huh?!??

Tonight we took a little trip to the temple visitor's center to see the Christmas lights. It is absolutely gorgeous!! Lillie loved looking at the lights and the many christmas trees, including ones decorated from around the world.

Well, here it is...the 10th Anniversary Elmo! Who would have known that we would be so excited over such a thing?!? We can't wait to give it to Lillie for her birthday.

Our internet wasn't working properly for a while, thus no pictures. But now that it's up and running, we really don't have much to post. Here are some random pictures of Lillie. She is becoming quite the clown when taking pictures...cheesy grin and all!!

Keola's former secretary, and her family came over to have dinner the other night. They brought Lillie a gift, that she loves. A little baby doll and a bottle that cries, laughs, and makes sucking sounds. Lillie tries to take care of the baby every day.

Here's Lillie all dressed up in her grown up leggings and peasant blouse.

As you can see, Lillie not only loves her heels and jewelry, but now loves Mommy's purse!!

Lillie is slowly acquiring some clothes for the cold winter days. We just bought her this coat that is so cute. It's velvety and soft. The inside is quilted and very warm. Can you believe it is only for 12 month olds?!??!

Mommy has been spending some of Lillie's nap time getting back to knitting. Newest project...Lillie's poncho!! It's so soft and cute, if I do say so myself.

Last week, I went to visit some teacher friends at Watkins Elementary. While there, Ms. Francis' daycare group was just lining up to go into the room. These kids are 3 and 4 years old. Of course, Lillie didn't cooperate with me in getting a clear picture, but she still looks like she fits right in. I especially thought it was cute that she just so happened to have her monkey backpack/harness on.

Lillie has really gotten into mimicking mommy and daddy. Her latest thing is dragging her Elmo chair everywhere to find the right spot to sit. Her favorite is right in front of the magazine basket, where she sits and peruses the periodicals. So grown up, huh??!!

She also gets a front seat glance at the t.v.

On Tuesday, our new friend Isabel Marchena came over to play. Her mother dropped her off at 8 am, and we had fun with Isabel until one that afternoon. Isabel is 4 months younger than Lillie and is in our ward. This little girl is so cute. Isabel's father is from Costa Rica, so little Isabel has that beautiful dark complexion. She is talking up a storm and showed off her animal sounds. Lillie and Isabel played so well together. They are both calm and gentle. They shared toys with each other and were so fun to watch.

Both girls are quite enamored by Elmo. So of course when I flipped the t.v. to Sesame Street, the two girls plopped themselves down and were glued to Elmo for a few minutes.

Happy Halloween everyone!! We sure had a fun evening last night. For some reason, the pictures were not able to upload, so I had to post them this morning.
Lillie was very cute, if I do say so myself. Notice the hair, PLEASE notice the hair. It's not quite long enough to get every strand in a ponytail, so thank goodness for hair products. Unfortunately, Lillie's hair is so thin, I used mousse, gel, pomade, and topped it off with hairspray. Through the whole ordeal, Lillie was actually very patient with me. If you watched the video already, daddy thought it would be cute if she could bow. So, mommy taught her how to bow in the morning. She's a quick learner and picked it up after just one showing. Lillie is so fun!!!

Here are some pictures of the ghosts and goblins that came to our house last night. We tried to take pictures of the range of people and costumes, but we didn't quite get the early young adults/grown adults, in black jackets with hoods, no costumes, and Safeway plastic bags that came. Keola is still wondering what happened to his favorite costumes like Snoopy, Yogi Bear, Garfield, the Jetsons, Charlie Brown, the Flinstones...Hello 70's!!!

Here is a very unclear picture of our neighbor with their daughter, Grace. They just told us that Leslie, the mom, is expecting their second the day after Grace's 2nd birthday in March. EXCITING!!
