Technology is amazing!!! I forgot my camera the day we went to Pearlridge to ride the train. Then I remembered my phone could take pictures. Just today, I figured out how to get the pictures from my phone to the computer...simply e-mailing the picture to myself. AMAZING!! Anyway, I'm gald I was able to get a few pictures of Lillie's train ride. She had so much fun.

All aboard!!!

Well, we're here in Hawaii and having such a great time!! These are some of the pictures we've taken while here. Enjoy!!

Here is a little ice cream truck that Lillie couldn't leave the mall without riding.

We went to the BYU bookstore and while there, saw a bunch of Christmas displays. Here's Lillie finding different photo opps.

Notice the distance between Lillie and Santa!!!

As you can see, we decided to play a little hair salon with Lillie. Surprisingly, she was so patient while we indulged in hair curler practice.

Random pictures of Lillie with Ame in the car.

Lillie thought playing chess might be interesting. Uncle Terry helped Lillie figure out where all the pieces went.

We dressed up to go out to dinner with the Singles ward. We ate at Hanaki's. DEEEEELICIOUS!!

Notice the dinner...Lillie had some soba and 3 shrimp tempura!! Who knew???!!?

Here is cute little baby Jaeden. So Hawaiian!!!

Here are Jaeden's mommy and daddy, Kalei and Jared.

Today, we went to a Christmas party at Keola's grandma's building. It was so much fun.

Lillie had her time at the mike with Aunty Nani

Mel Cabang provided entertainment. Lillie wandered over and became part of the show. She was "paid" $1.00 for her cuteness!!

As you can see, Grandma REALLY enjoyed herself!!

Wow! I didn't realize it's been so long since we posted any pictures. I guess there hasn't been a whole lot going on. Well, here is the last post while we're still in D.C. Lillie and I are headed to Hawaii, and we can't wait!!

Anyway, Lillie has discovered a little hat that she LOVES to sleep with. The hat is for a baby. We bought it as part of a pajama set before Lillie even arrived. It is stretched to it's capacity and Lillie doesn't sleep without it. She's watching t.v. and can't be bothered.

Lillie loves her hat AND her daddy.

Tonight, we decided to attend the National Zoo's first Zoo Lights! The event opens only in the evening after the zoo closes. It was a bit chillier than expected, so we layered the winter wear on, and headed to the zoo to see what Zoo Lights had to offer.

There were random Christmas lights in trees and bushes.

Lillie even got her own light stick that she kept staring at all night. With one hand in her coat pocket, and one hand holding her light stick, we were off to see more.

We saw cardboard cutouts of animals.

Flamingo LIghts

Coyote lights

Butterfly lights - There were also elephants, pandas, monkeys, gophers, tigers, lions, seals, panther, and more. However, it was too cold, so we just took a couple of pics.

And a gift shop filled with stuffed animals galore!!

We ended the evening by sitting in the WARM heated cafe sipping hot cocoa and eating kettlecorn.

Stay tuned for pictures in Hawaii!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
I'll give you three guesses...a face you say?? Look again...

Thanks to Lillie's Nana, our little trick-or-treater could be seen in the darkest of places with her glow in the dark necklace and barrettes.

Here's our little ballerina!! Sorry Mom, we opted for the Target version of a costume, instead of me creating something. Maybe next year.

Our ward decided to have a Trunk or Treat. A bunch of members decorated their car trunks and the kids went around trick or treating for candy.

Here's Lillie with some of her friends. This is the neighborhood bunny named Isabel.

Here's Mommy and her big girl.

It's Tigger...well, actually it's Isaac Cook to be exact.

What's a party without Krispy Kreme doughnuts, all frosted over just for Halloween!

Oh, did I mention just about all the adults dressed up too?!?! Keola and I decided to go as the ballerina's supportive parents!! ha ha

Here's the party!
