Okay, so this is it. Today we swore in Lillie as an American and when she lands on U.S. soil, she will no loonger be Chinese, but American, and most importantly, she belongs to us now!! She is no longer an orphan. These are pictures before we left for the American Embassy. This will be our last post from China. Tomorrow we leave at 5AM in the morning back for DC. It will be a very long flight. We hope we all make it!!! Wish us luck and we will be in touch when we get back to DC!! See you all there...

Well, this is it!!
Lil looks so pretty in such a beautiful dress! I'm so happy for all of you! Now to get you home to D.C. AND then back here to Honolulu! This is that famous red velvet couch that all the adopted babies take their 'class' picture on their American Consulate day! And we're so proud that Lillie is a part of that picture today! Will wait to hear from you when you reach D.C.
