Today was the day for Lillie's physical exam. The "clinic" wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, although, I'm not quite sure what I really thought it would be like. It seemed rather clean. We were motioned into three different exam rooms. The first one, the doctor checked Lillie's heart beat, looked over her chest, back, and bottom. The second station, the doctor shook some sound toys to check Lillie's hearing, looked at her throat and ears. The third station, the nurse took Lillie's temperature, measured her height and weight. Lillie is currently 20 pounds. It looks like she lost a pound, but talking to the other moms, I guess everyone's baby lost a pound or so. Other than that, everything was "normal" by Chinese standards. Lillie wasn't much of a happy camper, but she got through it just fine.
